Modern therapy for lasting relief.

Aren’t you tired?

Tired of that tightness in your chest.
That knot in your stomach.
That noise in your mind.

Tired of the part of you that keeps pushing—doing more, resting less, & overextending yourself for others.

You've been carrying so much, for so long, that it’s time for you to exhale.

It’s time for you to rediscover joy, ease, and confidence.

My unique approach blends modern therapies with body-based awareness, helping clients not just "think" differently, but "feel" differently, in their minds and bodies.

What are therapy sessions like?

Therapy sessions are anywhere from 60-90 minutes, and they often focus on things that are urgent (what’s happening in your life right now, such as work stressors) and things that are important (what you want to process long-term, such as childhood trauma). In each session, we will also address any symptoms interfering with your daily life, such as sleep issues, rumination, etc.

What guides me as a therapist?

Since childhood, I’ve been fascinated by how memory, culture, and landscapes shape who we are. I’ve learned how to navigate different identities, as a child of Lebanese immigrants. I’ve embraced the complexities of my unique brain, as an adult diagnosed with ADHD, later in life. I’ve found community through big life transitions. I’ve navigated the corporate world, before leaving it behind to follow my dream and become a therapist. And I’ve learned how to heal burnout, through the twists and turns of each chapter of my life.

Even if my story resonates with you, I know that everyone’s story is unique, and it’s not my place to tell you how to live.

I’m simply here to help you rediscover your own wisdom within.

Therapy Intensives

In addition to weekly therapy, I offer therapy intensives—a deeper experience for focused work on specific topics.

Intensives are for people who often feel that single therapy sessions are too short; people who want greater momentum; or people who are drawn to a more retreat-like, immersive therapy experience. Intensives can be especially helpful when working through a more complex theme or topic, if you’re ready to dive in, and experience insight in an accelerated way.

Intensives can focus on topics such as confidence, childhood trauma, identity, relationships, burnout, imposter syndrome, inner critic work, and/or nervous system regulation. I also offer EMDR intensives for deeper trauma work.

While fees are based on my hourly rate, I strive to make intensives accessible. Please reach out even if cost feels like a barrier; while intensives are a bigger upfront investment, they can save money in the long run, by offering a faster path to insight and breakthroughs. Reach out today to discuss!

Workshops/Events

Aside from 1:1 services, I also run workshops & groups!

Not only do these events help with skill-building, but they also foster community, helping to reduce the loneliness and isolation that is so common in adult life.

Each workshop focuses on specific themes (such as core values, imposter syndrome, inner critic work, etc.), while encouraging learning in community with others. Depending on the event & effort involved, workshops are priced independently. While workshops are not covered by insurance, I try to keep my business practices relational by pricing workshops fairly, and collaborating with participants on pricing.

I have extensive experience in workshops, ranging from intimate conversations, to larger group dialogues. Topics can include identity, emotional intelligence, stress management, active listening, & more.

If you’d like me to run a workshop for your event or company, but aren’t sure where to start, please reach out today to brainstorm! I’m always happy to create a custom experience, based on your unique group’s needs.
