Holistic healing
for ambitious people.

You do it all:

Achieve big things → Care for others → Push yourself → Plan ahead…

And your efforts pay off. People see you as Smart. Resilient. Reliable.

But even when your life looks great on the outside, you still feel lost, stuck, or overwhelmed on the inside.

If this sounds like you, I want you to know:

You’re not alone.

As a multi-career professional, ADHD adult, and child of immigrants, I get it.

I know the weight of ambition, identity, culture, and relationships, especially when they overlap.

And I also know that venting about the same thing for years, doesn’t actually help.

Because growth isn’t just about “thinking” differently, but “feeling” differently, in your mind and body.

That’s why I use advanced approaches for healing, like Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing: because someone as unique as you, deserves a higher standard.

Through our collaboration, you will learn to:

Calm your nervous system.

Befriend the conflicting parts of you.

Create more ease in your relationships.

Live confidently instead of reactively.

Who do I work with?

As a licensed therapist and somatic coach, I support high-achieving adults of diverse backgrounds who are struggling with physical and emotional stress. Clients often come to me for help with burnout, identity crises, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and relationship stress—issues that don't just live in the mind, but in the nervous system too, causing chronic activation and fatigue. I welcome all clients who resonate with my approach, while specializing in working with women and the LGBTQ+ community.

What do sessions look like?

Client usually attend 60 minute sessions with me on a weekly or biweekly basis, working on things that are urgent (for example, work stressors) and things that are important (for example, processing childhood trauma). In each session,

What informs my work?

My work is guided by my professional training, as well as my lived experiences. I’m shaped by the stories I’ve heard, growing up in America as a child of Lebanese immigrants; I’m educated by my own neurodivergence, as someone diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood; post-pandemic, I walked away from the corporate world to become a therapist, building a business from the ground up. Through it all, I’ve learned how to heal burnout, build community, and sustainably strive for excellence, using the wisdom of my mind, body, and ancestors.
