Holistic healing
for ambitious women.
You do it all:
Achieve things → Care for others → Plan ahead → Take the lead…
And your efforts pay off. People see you as successful. Smart. Resilient.
Maybe you’re the first in your family to reach new heights… or you’ve established yourself in a new country… or you’ve endured immense adversity.
Yet even when your life looks great on paper, you feel lost, stuck, or overwhelmed.
If this sounds like you, I want you to know:
You’re not alone.
As a multi-career professional, ADHD adult, and child of immigrants, I get it.
I know the stress of ambition, identity, culture, and relationships, especially when these areas overlap.
And I also know that venting about the same thing for years, doesn’t actually help.
Because true healing isn’t just about "thinking" differently, but "feeling" differently, in your mind and body.
That’s why I’m formally trained in advanced approaches, like Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing: because a woman as unique as you, deserves customized care.
Through our collaboration, you will learn to:
Calm your nervous system.
Befriend the conflicting parts of you.
Create more ease in your relationships.
Live confidently instead of reactively.

Who do I work with?
As a licensed therapist in California, I support adults, particularly diverse women, who are high achievers. I specialize in topics like ADHD, cultural identity, perfectionism, and people-pleasing, helping clients cultivate inner peace, better systems, greater clarity, and deeper intimacy with others.
What are sessions like?
Client usually spend 60-90 minutes on a weekly or biweekly basis, working on things that are urgent (for example, work stressors) and things that are important (for example, processing childhood trauma). In each session, we will also address immediate symptoms that are disrupting your daily life (irritability, workaholism, sleep issues, rumination, etc.)
What informs my work?
While I’m formally trained and certified as a therapist and coach, I’m also deeply influenced by my lived experiences. I’m shaped by the stories I’ve heard as a child of Lebanese immigrants. I’m educated by my own neurodivergence, as someone who was diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood. Post-pandemic, I walked away from the corporate world to become a therapist, building a business from the ground up. Through it all, I’ve learned how to heal burnout, build community, and how to sustainably strive for excellence, using the wisdom of my mind, body, and ancestors.
