Modern therapy for anxiety, identity, & relationships
Hi, I’m Jenn. I’m a licensed therapist in California, offering a more modern, compassionate approach to therapy. I work with Millennial and Gen Z adults, for individual, couples, and family therapy.
If you’re skeptical of therapy, I get it; I work differently than “old school” therapists. I won’t rush you to open up, or label your thoughts as “problems”, or give you unsolicited advice, or nod and smile as you express your deepest suffering. Instead, I will respect your your preferences, stay curious about your experiences, and earn your trust at a pace that feels right. I will be an active partner in your growth, as you navigate the "messy middle" of life, engaging in heartfelt conversations that spark change, and bring you home to yourself.
So whether you’re looking to break old habits, start a new chapter, or feel more integrated inside, change is possible— and I’m here to help.

Who do I work with?
While I enjoy working with anyone who resonates with my approach, I dedicate a large portion of my work to the following client populations:
• Children of immigrants exploring identity
• Adults wanting to heal childhood trauma
• Women in their 20s navigating adulthood
• Tech workers feeling empty or burned out
• Therapists needing more self-care and rest
• Partners yearning for deeper connection
• ADHD adults struggling with shame
What are therapy sessions like?
Clients usually attend therapy once a week, or once every two weeks, at a recurring time, to ensure predictability and consistency. Sessions can be 50 minutes or 90 minutes, depending on client need and therapist availability. Sessions often focus on a mix of topics that are urgent (what’s happening in your life right now, such as work stressors) and important (what you want to process long-term, such as childhood dynamics). In each session, we will also address any immediate symptoms that are interfering with your daily life, such as sleep issues, rumination, trouble relaxing, overworking, etc.
What guides me as a therapist?
Since childhood, I’ve been fascinated by how memory, culture, and landscapes shape who we are. I’ve learned how to navigate different identities, as a child of Lebanese immigrants; how to build (& rebuild) community through life transitions; how to leave the corporate world for something different; and how to heal burnout while establishing myself in multiple careers. Everyone’s story is unique, and it’s not my place to give you advice - I’m simply here to help you rediscover the wisdom within.

Therapy Intensives
In addition to weekly therapy, I offer therapy intensives—a deeper experience for focused work on specific topics.
Intensives are designed for people who often feel that single therapy sessions are too short; people who want greater momentum; or people who are drawn to a more retreat-like, immersive therapy experience. Intensives can be especially helpful when working through a more complex theme or topic, if you’re ready to dive in, and experience insight in an accelerated way.
Intensives often focus on topics such as confidence, childhood trauma, identity, relationships, burnout, imposter syndrome, inner critic work, and/or nervous system regulation, and I also offer EMDR intensives for more concentrated trauma processing.
Pricing is the usual hourly rate, times 2 or 3 hours. I aim to keep the process collaborative, including the process of paying fees that make intensives more accessible, so please reach out even if cost may feel like a barrier. Intensives are a bigger upfront investment, but they can save money by providing a deeper experience in therapy, faster.
Workshops/Events
Aside from 1:1 services, I also run workshops & groups!
Not only do these events help with skill-building, but they also foster community, addressing the loneliness and isolation that is so common in our adult lives.
Each workshop focuses on specific themes (such as core values, imposter syndrome, inner critic work, etc.), while encouraging learning in community with others. Depending on the event & effort involved, workshops are priced independently. While workshops are not covered by insurance, I try to keep my business practices relational by pricing workshops fairly, and collaborating with participants on pricing.
I have extensive experience in workshops, ranging from intimate conversations, to larger group dialogues. Topics can include identity, emotional intelligence, stress management, active listening, & more.
If you’d like me to run a workshop for your event or company, but aren’t sure where to start, please reach out to collaborate! I love creating custom experiences.
