Join this free nervous-system reset group for those processing current events in Palestine, Lebanon, and/or Iran.
Led by the power and intelligence of our nafas (breath), we will use body-based practices, in the presence of virtual community, to calm the effects of stress in the body.
By engaging in nervous system work, we are not minimizing or ignoring the effects of current events; we are nourishing our bodies as an act of resistance towards violence and oppression.
This virtual 3-month group takes place from July to October, held every second and fourth Friday of the month, from 9:00 am to 9:30 am Pacific Time / 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm Eastern Time. International participants welcomed.
